Terms of Use
These Terms cover your use of https://sulphur-mountain.ca, published by Sulphur Mountain Journal. Using the Site means you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Independent notebook
Sulphur Mountain Journal is an independent visitor notebook. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Pursuit, Banff Gondola, or any lift or attraction company. We do not sell tickets and we never process payments.
2. No sales desk
Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell a ticket, a price list, or a live timetable. Hours, weather holds, and operating choices change. Confirm them with the official operator. We never process payments and we never take bookings.
3. Fair use
You may read the pages and share ordinary links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape the Site in a way that harms the service, introduce malware, try to bypass access controls, or use the contact form for spam or commercial blasting.
4. Copyright
The wording, layout, and original graphics belong to Sulphur Mountain Journal unless a credit says otherwise. Field sketches here stand in for original photographs by Helen Cho. Wholesale copying of the Site is not allowed.
5. No warranties
The Site is offered “as is”. Mountain weather, lift operations, and access conditions change without notice. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent Alberta and federal Canadian law allow.
6. Law and venue
These Terms follow the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may bring a mandatory consumer claim in your home forum if that right cannot be waived.
